SAVILE ROW, 2013
by Makfi - Fleece, by Daylami 16.2 hh
New to Brighthill Farm
2026 Stud Fee: $2,500 plus GST, LFG

In conjunction with Henrietta, Duchess of Bedford, Brighthill Farm will stand the multiple Gr.1-performed Savile Row in 2026.
A grandson of the breed-shaping sire Dubawi, Savile Row is the only son of Makfi at stud in New Zealand and offers a valuable Danehill-free pedigree.
Savile Row is out of the winning Daylami mare Fleece and is a full brother to the highly talented Group Two winner Needle And Thread, who shot to prominence as the dam of classy juvenile Warwoven this season.
A debut winner at two, Savile Row placed second in three Group One races as a 3YO, with black-type distinction here coming by way of the New Zealand Two Thousand Guineas (1600m), the Levin Classic (1600m) and the Herbie Dyke Stakes (2000m).
He was a winner at two and three, and then notably added to this record again at four with success in the Listed Hallmark Stud (1200m).
From limited opportunities, Savile Row has sired 14 winners from 25 runners, including stakes-placed fillies She Suits Herself and Perfectly Suited, in addition to Group Two fourth placegetter, Suit Yourself.
